Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

- A damaged item, or
- An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- A complete unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement, subject to product availability.

Important Guidelines

- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
- Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
