- We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Shipping

- Free Shipping is available across India on orders above ₹999.
- Shipping charges may apply to orders below ₹999.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery generally takes 4–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
- Orders placed through COD may be subject to verification before dispatch.
- VRAELYN reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders.
- Repeated order refusals may result in COD restrictions for future purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, VRAELYN follows a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy.

However, if you receive:

- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A complete unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Product Care

Our jewelry is crafted to be anti-tarnish and water-resistant. However, proper care is essential to maintain its shine and longevity.

We recommend:

- Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
- Removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Storing jewelry in a dry place when not in use

Please refer to the Jewelry Care Card included with your order.

Order Cancellation

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
- VRAELYN reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.
